GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
FOR LICENSED EUROPE PASSENGER TRANSFER SERVICES

• The Contractor declares being authorized to perform road transport for hire or reward, pursuant to the Act of 6 September 2001 about Road Transport (Dziennik Ustaw Nr 125, poz. 874 z 2001 roku z późniejszymi zmianami).
• Official Polish Government site to verify the Contractor's license: https://aplikacja.ceidg.gov.pl/ceidg/ceidg.public.ui/search.aspx. The Contractor's REGON number is 050266265.
• The Customer orders and confirms passenger coach transport by e-mail (address: ramisbort@wp.pl), specifying dates. hours, and other essential details therein.
• Driver's  working hours are regulated by law and the Customer accepts the responsibility for ensuring the agreed hours of travel. The daily driving and rest periods must be observed, and on such journeys,  drivers will never exceed the permitted daily driving time limit. The driving time of one driver cannot exceed 10 hours. The driving time without a break cannot exceed 4.5 hours, after which the driver is entitled to a break of 45 minutes. After a working day, the driver is entitled to 11 hours of rest in each 24-hour day of rental.
• The price and limit of milleage are specified individually for each Customer in a separate document. Should the established mileage limit be exceeded, the Customer undertakes to pay  for each additional kilometer traveled after service has been rendered, according to the agreed rates.
• The Tour Leader is obliged to pay all parking fees. The Client shall also provide a parking space for the coach at night time. Distance: no more than 500 meters from the driver's accommodation, otherwise the Contractor will arrange a parking space for the coach, as well as  a room for the driver - at the Customer's expense.
• In case the coach becomes inoperable on route, the Contractor is obliged to provide another coach as soon as possible, which depends on the place of the incident and distance from the base in Warsaw. If the Contractor declares not being  able to provide another bus within 12 hours, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract. In this case, the Customer has to pay only for full days of coach service already rendered. Also, in such a situation, the Contractor shall not be charged for any additional costs .
• The Customer agrees to inflict no damage  or physical deterioration to the coach and to preserve the  cleanliness of  the coach during its use.
• The Parties agree that they will cooperate within the scope of their obligations to fully complete the order.
• The Customer and Contractor declare together that any disputes arising from the execution of the order will be resolved through mediation. If no resolution is reached in mediation, disputes will be referred to the District Court in Warsaw.
